Tracy has been a full-time yoga and meditation teacher for the past six years. Prior to that she was an elementary school teacher for both the Fall River Public School System and Newton Public Schools. She currently teaches public and private yoga and meditation classes to adults and children in the greater Boston area. She also leads workshops for classroom teachers and other school-based professionals on mindfulness and yoga in the classroom and self-care for educators. I started yoga as a freshman in high school with my coach having us run to a local gym every week for an hour long yoga class. Not only did it help me focus on race day, it also brought me to my roots of dance. I earned my 200 hour certification through Radiance Yoga in Pittsfield, MA and now I am so incredibly grateful to be the Lead Teacher and Director of YTT

I am a sophomore in college who teaches yoga and pilates at the University of Wisconsin Madison. I became a 200 hour certified yoga instructor during my senior year in high school; and taught yoga to children of all ages during the following summer. I re-trained through my public University to teach at the Rec Center. I teach powerflow which is a mix of yoga and pilates and I teach Yoga for Stress Relief which is more of a restorative class. I am interested in learning more from the knowledgable teachers throughout the weekend!

Pam Levin, RN combines her passion for yoga with her background in nursing. For over 20 years, she’s honed her skills in Bikram, Hatha and Vinyasa throughout New York City and The Berkshires. She completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training at LifeWorks Studio in Great Barrington, is certified in Yoga Nidra meditation
and received her Brain Longevity Therapy training and certification through the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation.
Originally from Massachusetts, Pam has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater from UMASS Amherst and a nursing degree from Philip's Beth Israel School of Nursing in New York. Be Well Community Yoga opened almost 7 years ago.  I am certified yoga therapist, teach alignment based Hatha & vinyasa flow, as well as Hanna Somatics.  Talk to me about building a community, anything yoga, and this incredible spiritual journey we are on.

After serving in the US Navy for 15 years,  I left in 2023 with an honorable discharge and embarked on a journey of healing and self discovery. Since September 2023 I've largely been focused on spirituality and improving my overall health. I am also in the early stages of gaining experience for my next career, permaculture vegetable farming.

I am looking forward to this unique learning opportunity.
