I started yoga as a freshman in high school with my coach having us run to a local gym every week for an hour long yoga class. Not only did it help me focus on race day, it also brought me to my roots of dance. I earned my 200 hour certification through Radiance Yoga in Pittsfield, MA and now I am so incredibly grateful to be the Lead Teacher and Director of YTT

In my classes, you can expect to sweat along with feeling powerful, fluid, and grounded. I love to have fun with balance work to challenge our inner selves, and I think it is important to show balance in life in many different ways. Each class will start and end with connecting inward, reflecting on the practice in this moment, and being intertwined with power and balance throughout our bodies. Expect to laugh, wobble, and enjoy time on your mat while testing yourself. I cannot wait to connect and become grounded with you, on and off of the mat!
