✴️ Slackline Yoga: Starting the Long Walk

Step into the realm of intermediate slacklining with a workshop designed for those ready to expand their horizons beyond the basics. As your practice matures, you may find yourself drawn to the challenges and thrills of walking longlines, highlines, and waterlines. These disciplines share a common trait: the journey begins away from the security of the ground and requires you to move from a seated position into standing without using the ground.

In this intermediate-level workshop, we will guide you through various mounts, empowering you to start your walk on these lines with confidence and grace. Mastering the skill of entering a slackline without using ground is not just a technical achievement; it's a gateway to a whole new spectrum of poses and line practices. This pivotal skill enriches your slackline yoga journey, opening doors to previously unexplored dimensions.

Prerequisites for this transformative experience include previous participation in any of our Slackline Yoga classes or the ability to stand and/or kneel on a slackline for at least 15 seconds. This foundational knowledge ensures that you're ready to safely and effectively advance further in your slacklining.

"Slackline Yoga: Starting the Long Walk" is more than a skill-building workshop; it's a metaphor for stepping into the unknown with courage and mindfulness. Join us as we explore the art of the long walk, where each step is a blend of balance, focus, and inner strength, mirroring the deeper journey of our yoga practice.
