Often referred to as Slackasana, this unique discipline combines the physicality of yoga with the meditative focus of balancing on a 1-inch wide 'yoga mat' - the slackline. Experience a moving meditation that engages your complete body awareness, taking your yoga practice to a new level of mindfulness and equilibrium.

In this 90-minute 'Slackshop,' we will explore the foundational elements of the Slackasana series. The class is designed to cater to all skill levels, offering a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners. You will learn the basics, including kneeling, sitting, standing, an arm balance and an inversion. Yes, you read correctly! 

Slackline Yoga is not just for yogis; it's for everyone - climbers, couch potatoes, athletes, and anyone seeking a new form of physical and mental discipline. It's an invitation to take your yoga practice off the traditional mat and into a space where balance meets meditation.
