If you find your phone has become practically bonded to your palm, it may be time to review the anatomy and physiology of your shoulder girdle. “Tech Neck” is a common phenomenon that impacts all age groups. It can create a widespread Upper Crossed Syndrome pain but can be improved through movement and massage. This session improves your proprioception of the shoulder girdle and neck, and strengthens your upper back.
