Level:Beg/Int
In this AcroYoga class we will explore moving from one pose to another without coming off the ground, akin to a vinyasa practice, where two people will move fluidly in this case supporting each other.
Designed with both beginners and intermediate practitioners in mind, this class is a journey of discovery. Beginners will find a supportive and engaging environment to explore the basics of the flow, focusing on the gentle art of movement and connection. Intermediate students are invited to deepen their practice by connecting additional poses and improving their fluidity and technique.
In this session, we emphasize the importance of harmony and softness in acro partnership. You'll learn to navigate the flow of movement, tuning into the subtle energies and rhythms of your partner. This class is not just about achieving physical poses; it's an exploration of how we can move together in unison, creating a dance of balance and fluidity.
Pre-Reqs: We recommend you are able to Hold Plank Pose for 1 minute or crow pose for 10 seconds on the ground.
